This is a petition to condone the delay of 97 days in filing the writ appeal.

Satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and also in view of "No Objection" expressed Mr. Balan Haridas, learned counsel for the second respondent workman, the aforesaid delay is condoned.

Registry is directed to number the writ appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the appeal along with W.A.Nos.3229, 3233, 3258 and 3216 of 2023 on 18.12.2023 (Monday), immediately after Admission Cases.
