Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to K.Dis No.10396/E6/2002 dated 17.09.2002 on the file of the Director of Matriculation Schools, Chennai - 600 006, the second respondent herein and quash the same and direct the respondents 1 and 2 to grant recognition for Standards I to VIII of St. Tresa's Matriculation School, Cape Road, Kottar, Nagarcoil. When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the petitioner school was granted recognition by the second respondent, by the proceedings in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Na.Ka.No.6274/A4/2017 dated 08/03/2018 and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
