This revision is filed seeking a direction to dispose of the indigent O.P.No.1 of 2017 in O.S.S.R.No.2676 of 2017, pending on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Poonamallee, within a time frame.

2. Considering the nature of order to be passed in this revision which will in no way cause any prejudice to the respondents, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has filed the suit for possession along with a petition under Order XXXIII Rule 1 to permit her to file the same as an indigent person. The said petition has been numbered as Indigent O.P.No.1 of 2017. Notice has been ordered to the respondents and the same has been served on them. As the petition is pending from the year 2017, the petitioner has filed the present revision seeking early disposal of the same within a time frame.

4. Considering the limited scope of the prayer made in the revision, the learned Subordinate Judge, Poonamallee, is directed to dispose of the indigent O.P.No.1 of 2017 in O.S.S.R.No.2676 of 2017, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving opportunity to both the parties, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This revision is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
