The Transfer petition is filed to withdraw HMOP.No.32 of 2022 on the file of the Sub Court, Chidambaram and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Puducherry.

2. The petitioner would submit that she has to travel around 140 Kms to attend the hearing at the Court at Chidambaram. The petitioner would submit that it is very difficult for her both physically as well as financially to attend every hearing. Therefore, the transfer petition.

3. The respondent though served has not entered appearance.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner has to travel more than 140 Kms for every hearing and also the fact that she is not getting a maintenance from the respondent, the transfer petition is allowed. HMOP.No.32 of 2022 pending on the file of the Sub Court, 2/5

Chidambaram is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Puducherry. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
