This civil revision petition is listed today, under the caption " for being spoken to ".

2. In this civil revision petition, orders were pronounced on 25.03.2026, dismissing the civil revision petition. However, at the time of signing the order, arithmetical error with regard to the valuation of relief in the plaint has been noted.

3. This court, in paragraph No.15 of the order, came to the conclusion that the market value of the site is Rs.7,72,790.90p. Since the plaintiffs valued the claim for declaration of title under section 25(b) of Tamil Nadu Courts Fees and Suits Valuation Act, 1955, half of the market value would be Rs.3,86,399.45p. But, for the said relief of declaration, the plaintiffs valued the suit site at Rs.2,60,000/-, which is not correct. Therefore, the plaintiffs are directed to value the suit site at Rs.3,86,399.45p.

4. As far as the tiled house in Item No.3 of suit schedule properties is concerned, the plaintiffs have not valued the same. Therefore, the plaintiffs are also directed to value the tiled house in Item No.3 of suit schedule properties and pay appropriate court fees thereon. Further, the plaintiffs shall file amended plaint and pay additional court fees, as indicated above, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

5. It is made clear that, in case, the defendants have got any grievance with regard to the value adopted by the plaintiff in respect of tiled house in item No.3 of the suit schedule, they can always file additional written statement and raise objection in the manner known to law.

6. Accordingly, the civil revision petition is partly allowed as indicated above. No costs. Consequently, connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed.

7. Hence, paragraph Nos. 16 to 20 in the earlier order passed in CRP No.403 of 2025, dated 25.03.2026 (not yet uploaded) shall be deleted and paragraph Nos.3 to 6 in the present order shall be substituted as paragraph Nos.16 to 19. 27.03.2026 MST
