2. The respondent-husband had filed IDOP.No.95 of 2024 on the file of the Family Court, Thirupathur for divorce.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

4. The learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that the respondent has no objection to the transfer being ordered.

5. Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and IDOP.No.95 of 2024 pending on the file of the Family Court, Thirupathur is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Family Court at Dharmapuri. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
