PRAYER:-Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for an issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to make correction in the petitioner property FMB sketch (Filed measurement Book) Ward -A, Block -21 old survey 195/3B4, Ts No 36/0 by considering the petitioner representation dated 16.06.2025 and 25.08.2025 and fix time frame manner.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to make correction in the petitioner property FMB sketch (Filed measurement Book) Ward -A, Block -21 old survey 195/3B4, Ts No 36/0 by considering the petitioner representation dated 16.06.2025 and 25.08.2025 and fix time frame manner.

2.Mrs.S.Indhu Bala, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner made a representations dated 16.06.2025 & 25.08.2025 before the respondents, to make correction in the petitioner's property FMB sketch, the same has not been considered by the respondents, so far. Hence, he prayed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider and dispose of petitioner's representations dated 16.06.2025 & 25.08.2025. 4.Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the representations of the petitioner dated 16.06.2025 & 25.08.2025, will be considered and disposed of within eight weeks. 5.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

6.Considering the submission made by both the parties and in view of the limited prayer sought for in this Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 16.06.2025 & 25.08.2025 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7.With the above said direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
