This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 175 days in filing the above appeal.

2.Mr.K.V.Muthuvisakan, learned counsel appearing for R1 and R2 has no objection for allowing this petition.

3.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 175 days is condoned.

4. Accordingly, C.M.P.No.18746 of 2021 is ordered.

5.Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.

6. Registry is further directed to print the name of respondents counsel in the cause list, at the time of admission.
