Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records of the detention made in D.O.No.60/2024-C2 dated 04.11.2024 passed by the District Collector and District Magistrate, Tiruvannamalai District, Thiruvannamalai, the second respondent herein and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu before this Court and set the petitioner's son-in-law namely, Aravinth, Son of Shanmugam, aged 26 years, now confined at Central Prison, Vellore at liberty.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) Mr.R.Muniyapparaj, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that the impugned order of detention has already been revoked by the competent Authority vide G.O.Rt.No.8631, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XI) Department, dated 13.12.2024.
Thus, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken and the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
