ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the the First Information registered in Crime No.301 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent for the offences under sections 273 and 328 of IPC and section 24[1] of Cigarette and Other Tobacco Products Act, 2003.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent on instructions submitted that final report has already been filed in this case on 23.08.2024 before the Judicial Magistrate, Kurinjipady in e filing No.LTN202200024 38C202400258.

3. Since the final report has already been filed in this case, quashing of the First Information Report does not arise.
