Prayer:Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records of the respondent in pursuant to the impugned order passed by the third respondent in Proc.Na.Ka.6284/2004 J3 dated 30.01.2004 and the consequential order passed by the 2nd respondent in Proc.Na.ka.2618/04 F2 dated 22.03.2004 and quash these orders and consequently direct respondents to renew the kerosene license of the petitioner for the year 2004-2007.
