JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) This appeal is preferred by the appellant, aggrieved over the order dated 16.10.2019 passed in I.A.No.423 of 2019 in H.M.O.P.No.50 of 2018, by which, the appellant was directed to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- as interim maintenance from July, 2019. 2.Learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits that though the respondent has since attained the age of superannuation, she is taking private tuition.

3. The respondent sought for a sum of Rs.21,000/- of which, only Rs.10,000/- has been ordered by the Family Court and that too from the month of July, 2019. The appellant is also employed in the Life Insurance Corporation of India.

4.In such view of the matter, we are not inclined to interfere with the order passed by the Family Court. Hence the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal stands dismissed. No costs. 5.Considering the fact that O.P.No.50 of 2018 (H.M.O.P.No.14 of 2014) has been renumbered and originally the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
