This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report in in Crime No.28 of 2021.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent/Police and perused the materials available on record.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that after completion of investigation in Crime No.28 of 2021, charge sheet was filed through e-filing on 23.11.2024 vide e-filing No.LTN20230001202C202400400 before the learned Judicial Magistrate,Gudiyatham.

4. Since the first respondent-Police has completed the investigation and filed the charge sheet before the magistrate concerned, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition.
