This petition has been filed to substitute the respondents 3 to 7 being the legal heirs of the deceased first respondent namely S.Nandhi in the above writ appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, and being satisfied with the same, this petition is ordered as prayed for.

4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the writ appeal.
