This matter is posted today before this Court under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

The learned counsel for the appellant submitted that Crl.A.Nos.1601 & 1604 of 2024 was dismissed as withdrawn on 30.01.2024 and this Court has given liberty to the petitioner to approach the trial Court, however in the order copy, name of the appellants 2 to 6 are missing and hence prayed for suitable direction:
