CMP.Nos.19949 & 19950 of 2017 in S.A.No.959 of 2001 CMP.Nos.19949 & 19950 of 2017 in S.A.No.959 of 2001 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN,J., CMP.No.19949 of 2017, has been filed to condone the delay of 3022 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the third respondent viz., Murugappa Mudali in the above S.A.No.959 of 2001 and CMP.No.19950 of 2017 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the third respondent viz., Murugappa Mudali in the above S.A.No.959 of 2001.

2.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and in the interest of justice, these petitions are allowed.

3.Post the matter after three weeks.
