This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the learned Principal District Munsif, Kallakurichi to dispose the E.P.No.04/2024 in O.S.No.557 of 2023 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Kallakurichi within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2. The suit in O.S.No.557 of 2023 has been filed by the revision petitioner for partition and to allot 1⁄4 share to the plaintiff in the suit property and the suit has been decreed in favour of the plaintiff holding that the plaintiff is entitled to 1/10th share in the suit property. The appeal filed as against the judgment has also been dismissed. Thereafter, the plaintiff filed Execution Petition in E.P.No.04 of 2024 and the same is pending. Hence, the petitioner seeks a direction for early disposal of the Execution Petition.

3. Considering the limited relief sought by the revision petitioner, Page 2 / 4

without going into the merits of the case, the learned Principal District Munsif, Kallakurichi is directed to dispose of the Execution Petition in E.P.No.4 of 20204 in O.S.No.557 of 2023 expeditiously, not later than within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

4. With the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
