This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27208 of 2024 by order dated 29.10.2024 passed by this Court to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has been remanded in another case. He further submitted that the petitioner has complied with the conditions imposed by this Court for a period of 27 days.

3. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner has appeared before the respondent police for more than 27 days, the condition imposed in the present case is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
