O R D E R

The civil revision petition seeks for expeditious disposal of I.A.No.4 of 2022 in O.S.No.246 of 2022 on the file of the learned V Additional District Judge, Coimbatore.

2. When the matter came up for admission on 26.11.2024, I called for a report from the learned Trial Judge to state as to how long he requires to dispose of O.S.No.246 of 2022.

3. The learned V Additional District Judge, Coimbatore has submitted a report stating that I.A.No.4 of 2022 is filed for impleading defendants 3 to 5 in the suit in O.S.No.246 of 2022. Both the I.A. and the suit have been posted for filing counter of respondents 4 & 5 on 09.12.2024. The report further states that the learned Trial Judge requests four months time to dispose of the main suit.

4. Taking into consideration the report of the learned Trial Judge, there shall be a direction to the learned V Additional District Judge, 2/4

Coimbatore to dispose of O.S.No.246 of 2022 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
