This petition is filed to condone the delay of 715 days in filing the above Cross Objection Appeal in A.S.No.700 of 2014 against O.S.No.621 of 2012 on the file of the IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore and take the appeal.

2.The appeal was of the year 2014 and the delay in filing the cross objection/appeal may not cause serious prejudice to the respondents.

3.This Court is convinced with the reason stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. In view of the same, this petition is ordered.

4.Post the main appeal in the usual course.
