ORDER

This petition is filed to set aside the order dated 05.12.2019 passed in Crl.MP.No.26470/2019 by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Chennai, seeking extension of time to surrender before the Court and to execute sureties.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered, and this Court grants fifteen days time to the petitioner to surrender and to execute sureties before the learned Principal and Sessions Judge, Chennai, from the date on which, the order copy is made ready.
