ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 411 days in filing the above C.M.A. against Judgment and decree dated 01.06.2023 made in M.C.O.P.No.75 of 2015 on the file of the Special District Judge, (To deal with MCOP Cases), Erode.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/appellants.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered and the delay of 411 days in filing the above appeal is condoned.

5. It is made clear that the claimants/appellants will not be entitled for any interest for the delay period of 411 days.

6. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
