Today, this matter is listed under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the relationship between the first petitioner and the deceased Meenatchi been wrongly referred as brother of Meenatchi, whereas it should be as brother's son of Meenatchi. Hence,the error crept in Paragraph No.5 Line 3 of the Order dated 18.11.2024 may be rectified.

3. In the light of the above submission, " From the record, this Court finds that Ramapriya, the daughter of Meenatchi had married, Thiruvalluvan who is none other than the brother of Meenatchi " in paragraph No.5, Line 3 of the order copy shall be replaced as "From the record, this Court finds that Ramapriya, the daughter of Meenatchi had married, Thiruvalluvan who is none other than the brother's son of Meenatchi".

4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary correction and issue order copy afresh.
