This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report regisered in Crime No.17 of 2023 on the file of the first respondent for the offences under sections 8 and 17 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] submitted that final report has already been filed before the POCSO Court, Velloe in e - filing No.20230001233C2024 00024 on 07.01.2024.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side], this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report.
