This petition has been filed to relax the condition in Para No.(3) imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30a.m until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.15121 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.18130 of 2023 dated 22.09.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly once, ie., on any working day at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, relaxed.
