This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.4979 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.5068 of 2023 dated 13.04.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that one accused is absconding.

3. Taking into consideration and facts and circumstances of this case, this petition is dismissed and the petitioners shall continue to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30a.m., till the one accused is absconding is secured or information is given about that accused.
