This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 09.05.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.11426 of 2024.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was arrested and later, granted bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11426 of 2024 on 09.05.2024 with a condition to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- to the credit of Crime No.72 of 2024. He further submitted that the petitioner is a coolie worker and he finds difficult to deposit the huge amount. Hence, he seeks to modify the condition.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

4. Considering the above submission, this court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11426 of 2024 dated 09.05.2024 to the effect that he shall deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) to the credit of Crime No.72 of 2024 before the concerned Court. The other conditions shall remain intact. Further, the time granted by this Court to comply with the condition No.7 in Crl.O.P.No.11426 of 2024 shall be extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
