CMP.Nos.27736 & 27747 of 2024 in SA.No.364 of 2012 Dr.R.N.MANJULA, J These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 181 days in filing the legal heir petition and set aside the abatement of the deceased Annamalai in SA.No.364 of 2012

2. There is no serious objection raised by the respondents.

3. Having considered the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and having satisfied with the same, this Court is inclined to allow these applications.

4. In the result, these CMPs are allowed.
