Pursuant to the Order of this Court dated 21.12.2023, the father was permitted to have the custody of the child on every Saturday from 10.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. in the chambers of the learned counsel Ms.J.Sundarakanchani, at 157, Additional Law Chamber, High Court, Chennai.

2. Now it is stated that the said arrangement is going on smoothly and the child is very comfortable with the father. It is also stated that the father has moved to Chennai and is residing in a rental apartment at No.20/32, Bakirathi Ammal Street, T.Nagar, Chennai - 600 017. It is further submitted that if the custody of the child is given in the house of the petitioner instead of the Advocate Chamber, there will be more bondage between the petitioner and the child. It is also submitted that the grand parents of the child is also living with the petitioner and hence, the present application has been filed to modify the interim Order of this Court.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent that the present arrangement shall be continued.

4. The fact that the child is comfortable with the father is not disputed. Therefore, this Court is of the view that in order to create conducive atmosphere, the child requires not only mother's affection but also the affection of the father. In such view of the matter, let the respondent produce the child on every Saturday at 10 a.m. at the advocate chamber of Ms.J.Sundarakanchani, at 157, Additional Law Chamber, High Court, Chennai. Thereafter, the petitioner is at liberty to take the child to his house and keep the child till 4.00 p.m. and thereafter, hand over the child to the respondent. The paternal grand parents will also be with child during such visit. This arrangement shall continue until further Orders
