This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that they shall report before the respondent Police, daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders, by this Court in Crl.OP.No.10916 of 2024 dated 15.05.2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Alandur.

3.The condition imposed on the Petitioners in Crl.OP.No.10916 of 2024 dated 15.05.2024 in para No.7(ii) is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Alandur, on the second working day of January 2025 and thereafter, on the date to be fixed by the learned Magistrate.

4. With the above directions, this Petition is ordered.
