ORDER

This petition has been filed to punish the respondents herein for having committed contempt of the order dated passed by this High Court in W.P.No.33401 of 2019 dated 14.08.2023 in not implementing the order.

2. The learned Additional Advocate General stated that on 14.02.2024 by proceedings in Na.Ka.No.4235/E2-S1/2018, necessary orders in compliance of the directions in the writ petition had been passed by the respondent.

3. This puts to an end for all further proceedings in the contempt petition. The efforts taken by Mr.R.Neelakandan, learned Additional Advocate General in this regard are deeply appreciated.

4. This Contempt petition stands closed.
