Crl.M.P.No.19372 of 2023 in CRL.O.P.No.23879 of 2023 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN.J, This petition has been filed to extend the time to deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) as nonrefundable deposit to the credit of the District Revenue Officer, Thiruvarur and to execute bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum pursuant to the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.23879 of 2023, dated 19.10.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the petition, the time is extended till 05.01.2024 to deposit the said amount to the credit of the District Revenue Officer, Thiruvarur and to execute bond with two sureties and no further time shall be granted, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted shall automatically stand dismissed.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
