The petitioners have filed this criminal miscellaneous petition to extend the time to surrender and furnish sureties before the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for the Exclusive Trial of POCSO cases at Salem as per order dated 05.06.2024 made in Crl.O.P. No.12309 of 2024 passed by this Court.
2. Heard both sides.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, two weeks time is granted to the petitioners to comply with the conditions as directed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12309 of 2024 dated 05.06.2024, from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the order granting anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed and no further extension of time will be granted to the petitioners.
4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
