This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23301 of 2024 by this Court vide order dated 21.10.2024.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the respondent Police has filed the final report before the POCSO Court, Salem. However, the same has not yet been taken on file.

3. Considering the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23301 of 2024, vide order dated 21.10.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the POCSO Court, Salem, on the 2nd working day of January, 2025 and thereafter, on the dates to be fixed by the learned POCSO Judge. 1/3
