This petition has been filed to relax one of the condition imposed on the petitioner in para No.5(b) in Crl.O.P.No.14835 of 2024 dated 26.07.2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court and further, investigation is pending.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation.

4.With the above directions, this Petition is ordered.
