This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that they shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am, until further orders, by this Court in Crl.OP.No.24793 of 2024 dated 17.10.2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioners have been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court and investigation is pending in this case.

3.The condition imposed on the Petitioners in Crl.OP.No.24793 of 2024 dated 17.10.2024 in para No.7(a) is modified to the effect that the petitioners 1 and 3 shall appear before the respondent police on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month at 06.30 pm., until further orders and the second petitioner shall report before the respondent Police, as and when required for interrogation.

4.With the above directions, this Petition is ordered.
