Challenging the impugned order passed by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.419/Kaa.Thu.Ka.a(j)/2025 dated 11.08.2025 and further seeking a direction to the respondents to grant permission for conducting bare legged cockfighting scheduled to be held from 12.09.2025 to 14.09.2025 in Survey No.181/6 or in Survey 180/4C2A at T.Palur Village, Ariyalur District, the present Petition has been filed.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3.

3. It is seen that the permission period sought for by the petitioner for the aforesaid event has already been over and therefore, the prayer sought for by the petitioner in this Writ Petition has become infructuous and it is the petitioner to give a fresh representation to the respondents for the future event.
