This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to investigate the case in Cr.No.92/2024 dated 14.05.2024 on the file of the respondent and to file a final report.

2. When the case was taken up, the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] on instructions submitted that the investigation is almost over and the respondent will be filing the final report within a period of two months.

3. In view of the submissions of the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] appearing for the respondent, there shall be a direction to the respondent to file the final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
