COMMON ORDER These Criminal Revision Cases have been filed under Section 442 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, to call for the entire records relating to the order dated 16.05.2025 passed in Crl.M.P.No.4480 of 2025 in Crime No.214 of 2024 on the file of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate for Exclusive Trial of CCB and CBCID Metro Cases, Egmore, Chennai - 600 008, and to set aside the same, and consequently to direct the return of the vehicles to the petitioner Bank in accordance with the loan agreement.

2. When the matters were taken up for hearing, it was brought to the notice of this Court that the parties have entered into an agreement before the learned Judge Commissioner, and the issues between the parties have already been settled. In pursuance of the said settlement, the petitioner in Crl.R.C.No.2230 of 2025 has made an endorsement seeking permission to withdraw the said revision, based on the letter given by the Judge Commissioner dated 09.02.2026.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Crl.R.C.No.2230 of 2025, the same is dismissed as withdrawn.

4. Insofar as Crl.R.C.No.1659 of 2025 is concerned, in view of the settlement and the report filed by the learned Judge Commissioner, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of in terms of the report of the learned Judge Commissioner. The report of the learned Judge Commissioner shall form part and parcel of this order.
