This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order dated 28.08.2023 made in Crl.O.P.No.19200 of 2023 that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioners is relaxed.

However, it is made clear that, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
