ORDER

The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 29.08.2025, for the offences punishable under Sections 75 and 281 of BNS (Correspondent Sections 354A, 279 of IPC) in Crime No.140 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.

The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner intercepted the defacto complainant, while she was driving her two wheeler and misbehaved with her with an intent to outraging her modesty. Hence, this case.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the petitioner is ready to abide by any conditions that may be imposed by this Court and sought for bail to the petitioner. 4.

The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent while opposing the bail to the petitioner, reiterated the prosecution case and states that the petitioner with an intent to outraging 2/4

her modesty of woman and sexually harassed the defacto complainant and that the investigation is pending.

Heard the learned counsels and perused the materials available on record.

Considering the facts of the case, conduct of the petitioner and the nature of allegation is serious in nature, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
