The present Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to number the petitioner's Second Appeal dated 12.10.2019 under RTI Act and take it on file and further dispose of the same.

2.The learned counsel for the 1st respondent submits that the appeal has been numbered as Appeal No.10070 of 2019.

It is further submitted that the appeal will be disposed of within a period of four weeks from the date of this order.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
