2. These are cases in counter. Though the offences are under Sections 294(b), 324 and 307 and 506(1) of IPC, 1860, it is seen that the parties have moved on and have no objection to the case being disposed of on compromise. Due to the unique manner in which this designated bench conducts hybrid hearings, the filing of written affidavits or terms of compromise is dispensed with. Considering the factual matrix, the context in which the conflict arose, the background of the parties, and their present position, this is an appropriate case for the exercise of jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure as per Gian Singh -Vs-State of Punjab & another, (2012 10 SCC 303).

3. Accordingly, the cases in PRC.Nos.3 and 10 of 2021 on the file of the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Uthiramerur Taluk, Kancheepuram stands quashed and these Suo Motu Transfer cases are disposed of.

The Trial Court shall take note of the order and accordingly classify the case pending before them as allowed / dismissed / disposed of, etc, and while doing so, consider any applications such as disposal of properties, etc., and pass appropriate orders, as may be necessary.
