These miscellaneous petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 159 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd respondent; to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd respondent; to bring on record the proposed petitioner as 6th respondent as the legal representative of the deceased 2nd respondent in the above second appeal.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these miscellaneous petitions, these miscellaneous petitions are allowed.

3.
