These miscellaneous petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 2055 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent; to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent; to bring on record the proposed petitioners as respondents 3 to 5 as the legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent in the above second appeal.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these miscellaneous petitions, these miscellaneous petitions are allowed.

3.
