This application is filed to set aside the order dated 21.11.2023 passed in A. No.6082 of 2023 in TOS No.37 of 2022.

2.Heard both sides.

3.When the application No.6082 of 2023 came up on 21.11.2023 for hearing, neither the petitioner nor his counsel has appeared before this Court to contest the application on that day. Further, the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application is not acceptable.

4.Hence, this Court is not inclined to entertain this application.

Hence, this Application is dismissed.
