O R D E R

The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 351(2) and 61(2) of th Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) 2023, in Crime No.18 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner produced a copy of the order passed by this Court in W.P.Crl.No.961 of 2025 dated 25.09.2025, filed by one of the petitioners herein, wherein this Court has directed the respondent police not to take coercive steps against the petitioner. He further submitted that there is no apprehension of arrest at this point of time.

3. Considering the same, this Court is of the view that there is no apprehension of arrest as against the petitioners. 2/4

4. Recording the above submission, this criminal original petition stands closed.
