RESPONDENTS PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, call for the Records in Connection with the order of Detention passed by the Second Respondent dated 18.10.2024 in C.M.P.No.80/Goonda/ Salem City/ 2024 against Petitioner Husband SANAKKIYA @ JOHN, MALE AGED 31 YEARS S/O.SAMIDOSS, who is confined at Central Prison, Salem and set aside the same and direct the respondent to produce the detenu before this Honble Court and set him Liberty.
