O R D E R

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for alleged offences punishable under Sections 6(4) of TNSC (RDCS) Order, 1982, read with 7(i)(a)(ii) of E.C Act, 1955, in Crime No.157 of 2025, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The petitioner though already granted anticipatory bail, has not furnished the surety within the time prescribed, instead he has filed second anticipatory bail petition.

3. This Court is of the view that once anticipatory bail is granted, there cannot be second anticipatory bail petition for the same crime.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 15.09.2025 bsm To,
