ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR,J.) This petition is filed by the father of the detenue. The petitioner's daughter, the detenue, was found missing from 11.11.2023. On the basis of the complaint of the petitioner, a case was registered in Crime No.425 of 2023 as 'woman missing'.
2. The respondents have produced before this Court the detenue. On enquiry, the detenue submitted that she was not under the illegal custody of anyone and she would like to go with her father. The petitioner, who is present before this Court, has also expressed his willingness to take the detenue along with him.
